What delivery options do you offer?
We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, using Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes. Standard delivery (3-5 days) is a flat rate of £4.45 and FREE for all orders over £30!
Although it's frustrating, delays can happen, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown periods. While we will do our best to get your Re-Play to you as soon as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or the weather.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
It depends on when you order! If it's before 2pm Monday to Friday, we will pack and send it out that day. If it's after 2pm or over the weekend, we'll send it the next working day.
My order hasn't arrived - where is it?
If you still have not received your order within two weeks, please email orders@re-play.co.uk.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
We only deliver within the United Kingdom for now but we might know someone that can help! Visit www.re-play.com for shipping to the USA as well as our (growing!) list of worldwide retailers.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your Re-Play and want you to be completely happy. If you are not, you can return your Re-Play (new, unused and in its original condition) within 30 days for a full refund. In these instances, the cost of return shipment will be your own. Once we receive your return, we'll check the condition of your Re-Play and if it all looks good we will refund the original item cost less any shipping costs. If it looks poorly, we may deny a refund.
If you receive something in a damaged condition, we are so sorry. We will replace it at no extra cost, just email orders@re-play.co.uk.
How do I return an item from my order?
Talk to us first. Email orders@re-play.co.uk and we'll give you a returns authorisation number. Then send back your products, quoting that number, to Re-Play Recycled Ltd, Huboo Ref 4144, Unit 1, Vertex Park, Oakwood Drive, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7LB. Don't worry, we'll remind you!
